Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be:
- In original packaging (like you just opened the game box)
- Unused and in resellable condition (no missing game pieces!)
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order number
Special Note on Non-Returnable Items
To keep the game fair for all players, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened dice sets (for hygiene reasons – no one wants someone else’s luck!)
- Downloadable content or digital products (once the digital dice roll, they can’t be unrolled)
- Personalized or custom game items (these are made just for you, like a character sheet)
How to Return an Item
Returning an item is simpler than teaching a new player the rules to Catan:

- Pack your return securely in the original packaging (treat it like fragile game components).

Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days (we check returns as carefully as verifying game rules)
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be needed for the refund to appear in your account (banks move slower than a beginner’s first turn)
Exchange Policy
Want to swap for a different game? No problem!
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement product
- If there’s a price difference, we’ll either refund the difference or invoice you for the balance
- We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process the return
Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your game arrives damaged or is the wrong product (like getting dice when you ordered a board game):

- Include photos of the damaged item or wrong product
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and may cover return shipping (because fair play matters)
International Returns
For players outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (like bringing your own game to game night)
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Refunds will be in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
